(property) unit ownership method Explanation: As you've mentioned, it's a type of rights which nursing home residents have over their unit. 所有権分譲方式 allows the residents to purchase their unit as a piece of property and have ownership rights (similar to condo ownership), instead of renting (賃貸方式)or having a right to use(利用権方式)the unit.
