The dictionary lists "prognosis" but I'm not quite sure.
Could it mean (gist) "a negative outlook for future ability to recover" ?

Additionally, even for all subjects with conduct disorder, the X subtypes had more problems than Y subtypes, such as making friends with other delinquents, problems in school from an early age, and a bad prognosis for the future.
