This appears in a listing of serious adverse events in a column headed 重篤性 - severity.

I presume it means something like 'as serious as would be expected'/ 'accordingly serious', although in a report I found online it is, as 準じて重篤な, 'other medically significant...'

Anyone know for sure how to translate it?
