I must admit I'm having trouble deciphering this whole thing. It's a comment on the efficacy of the drug (I think it should be read as one continuous comment anyway). I don't know if 血液領域 means conditions relating to the blood, or lab results for blood levels, or what. (The disease mentioned is a fungal lung infection).
