Asker: Thanks, Yuzouren. This is a good suggestion, which does use a term we often see in industrial production, "slurry." I am going to use a slightly more generic version to the client, "postcrystallization fluid," but with a note that "slurry" is a more vernacular version, depending on the end-user's level of familiarity with the field.
