agree  sigmalanguage: Basically agree. I am not so sure, but it might be better to write "conditions to limit" than "conditions that limit". P.S. I do not understand why 機能 is listed as an example of 条件, but maybe we should just forget such "triflings".

  -> Thanks. Really there is no major difference between 'conditions to limit' and 'conditions that limit' in this context. If one really thought hard about it 'to limit' would suggest an action by an agent (eg in contract), 'that limit' a passive action.
