Explanation:
In corporate contract, Company YY is first referred by its full name, then in parethensis there is a note saying (thereafter called Company B).
In similar vein, in Japanese contract it is custom to use ケテ。「イオ。「ハコ, respectively designated to each involved party (company).
Since you already know all the company names, and you already know there is no such company as イオ (proper noun), you would designate that company as as such. Its English equivalent is Company B (or whatever appropriate).
