第２条　（個別契約の締結）
　ＡはＢに対し、売り渡す製品の名称、品質、形状、単価、数量、売渡条件、その他取引に必要な事項は、本契約に定めるもののほか個別契約をもって定める。
２）個別契約は、Ｂが発行する発注書によりＡに本製品を注文し、これをＡはＢに対し受注請書により受注した後、Ｂの発注書並びにＡの発注請書に記載する個別契約の**売買代金**がＢよりＡの指定する銀行口座に入金されときに成立する。

第６条　（費用）
本契約に基づく個別契約での**売買代金**とは別途に、かかる運賃、保管料、保険料、税金等の費用はＢの負担とする。

第７条　（代金並びに費用の支払）
ＢはＡに対し、個別契約による製品の**売買代金**を以下の条件により支払う。
①Ｂが発行する発注書（個別契約）がＡによって確認されてから１週間以内にＡの指定する下記銀行口座へ個別契約**売買代金**の全額を日本円で現金振込み支払う。

I think they mean the cost of the product (example, 1000 units at $4.00 each = $4000.00 would be the 売買代金), but I am not finding a term that sounds right to me. ALC says "trading value", but this sounds more like stocks, and this document is not talking about stocks. "Trading cost" also doesn't really sound right.

Does anyone have ideas for a good term for this?
