地気出力 no-voltage (contact) output Explanation: After looking at this one, I think "no-voltage output" is what you're looking for. I found references to this meaning 無電圧接点. I found more references to "no-voltage inputs" than outputs, but it seems a reasonably safe leap. This could be a reference to "Power over Ethernet" as described here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/about/ac123/ac114/ac173/Q2-04/tec...
