I don't really understand the syntax used in 0は無効とし、1とする. "0 is considered to be disabled, consider 0 to be 1"??
But then later, it says if "0" or "1" is set, which makes it look like you can set 0 and 1 as possibilities. This doesn't make much sense to me, I hope someone can explain.
