night shift differential
Explanation:
http://hr.commerce.gov/Practitioners/CompensationAndLeave/DE...

Night shift differential is in addition to overtime, Sunday or holiday pay. It is not included in the rate of basic pay used to compute Sunday, holiday pay, or overtime pay of an EXEMPT employee.

http://definitions.uslegal.com/s/shift-differential/

Shift differential refers to extra pay received by employees for working a less-than desirable shift (i.e., late nights, evenings). Shift differential pay is an integral part of each eligible employee's gross compensation and is subject to the same payroll deductions and payroll charges as regular salary or wages. The shift differential pay is added to the base hourly rate before the calculation of an overtime rate.

Not sure if there is a 定訳 for this. However, something on the lines of late-night work compensation, late-night work allowance, (late) night working allowance should do.
