Certificate of monthly wage at commencement of leave for those without employment insurance Explanation: I'd agree with at least half of Nick's response (and I'm willing to be there is no set English term for this one), but I believe he left out the part about the person not being covered by employment insurance (被保険者). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 hrs (2008-12-04 17:56:53 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- You're both right.
