If you are refering to 鳥尾トンネル, then I'm absolutely sure it's read "Torio Tunnel."

However, I think the origiinal kanji was 烏尾トンネル.

I guess however that it doesn't totally guarantee that what you have is read as とりお, however it seems to be the usual reading.
