Japanese term or phrase: 取締役会設置会社に関する事項
On this same document there is a row in the column on the left with this title. In the corresponding row on the right only the word 取締役会設置会社 appears. How should I translate the above phrase? It seems odd that you would have "Items related to company with board of directors" and then just have "company with board of directors" in the column next to it. What could possibly be the point?

Items Related to Status as Company with Board of Directors
Explanation:
Nothing mysterious. The entry 取締役会設置会社 should read 取締役会設置会社である. If this company abolishes 取締役会, this entry will be deleted (and possbily left blank). See

I added "status" as an attempt to get rid of the sense of duplication between the heading and entry. It has got wordy, but I hope it will give you some idea.

Hi sigmalanguage,

Thanks a lot. That is not too long. I was also considering something like "classification of company with respect to..." in order to avoid the overlap. Status will do just fine, though.
