おそらく、「ラベル思考法」としての定訳はないのではないかと思われますので、“K-J Method”とするのが良いのではと思います。以下のリンクをお読みいただくと分かりますが、KJ法はラベルを使うのが主体ではなく、考えを進めるにあたってラベル（付箋）を活用するものです。

なお、補足として「ラベル」という言葉を入れるのであれば、ご存知とは思いますが label ではなく、sticky notes とされると良いと思います。

Nathan から指摘がありましたが、確かにKJ法は「代表的」とされています。しかし、私の調べた範囲ですが、その他の手法は多くの場合「カード」を用いるとされており、「ラベル（付箋）」と関連付けられていたのはKL法だけでしたので、これを提案しました。

しかし、後ほど調べたところでは、KJ法は商標登録がされているようなので、客先と確認が取れて、KJ法を指していることが確認できなければ避けた方がが良いかもしれません。

代案として Brainstorming method with stcky notes というのはいかがでしょうか。

neutral  Nathan Takase: In your second link, it mentions that the KJ Method is 代表的, but this also means that the two are not equal - Snowball Technique and NHK Method are other types of ラベル思考法. That said, it is likely that this refers to KJ, but perhaps verifying would be best.
