The date fixed the person with parental authority Explanation: 親権者=person with parental authority. As I am a court interpreter for the State of Hawaii, I use this term quite often. |

Date of the Establishment of Guardianship Explanation: Guardianship can be used for people of for estates. Legal custody means making decisions for the child which affects the care and supervision of the child. |

Date of Parental Custody Designation Explanation: I translate Japanese family registers which is used as a requirement for those who apply for local house loans in the Philippines and I use the word "Custody" for the reason that the Philippines uses American English. Hope this helps! |
