Gelenkleder Explanation: Dal Devoto-Oli: cambriglione (cam-bri-glió-ne) s.m. ~ Pezzo di cuoio inserito all'interno del fiosso della scarpa. Wenn das stimmt, dann könnte dieses Teil "Gelenkleder" heißen. Also nicht aus Metall, sondern Leder.
