Liebe Kollegen, ich werde einfach nicht klar mit dem o.g. Begriff (im Finanzbereich ist es mir klar, aber hier?). Der Satz lautet: "Il sottoutilizzo della manodopera qualificata straniera viene rilevata al rapporto xxx del 2008 in cui tra gli indicatori è stata inserita anche l'incidenza dei lavoratori qualificati (dirigenti e impiegati) sul totale degli immigrati occupati presso le aziende (AL NETTO di operai e apprendisti)".
