dignità umana morale Ethik der Menschenwürde Explanation: Mit moralische Menschenwürde sind, denke ich, die Grundlagen für die Menschenwürde gemeint, also die moralischen und ethischen Aspekte, die Menschenwürde hat. Ich würde daher anstatt von einer Moral der Menschenwürde von der Ethik der Menschenwürde sprechen. Die ist immer wieder auch Thema (siehe google). Die Formulierung *moralische Menschenwürde* ist im Deutschen etwas irreführend. Moral; 2. Ethik. Möglicherweise ist die Unterscheidung zwischen etica und morale im Italienischen etwas anders gelagert, als die deutsche zwischen Ethik und Moral. Das hilft vielleicht nicht weiter, gibt aber einen Hinweis darauf, dass die Übersetzung von morale als Ethik nicht verkehrt ist. |
