Konkurrenzgespräch/Wettbewerbsgespräch Explanation: "Il dialogo competitivo è il risultato dalla combinazione tra alcuni caratteri della procedura ristretta ed alcuni della procedura negoziata. L’elemento sostanziale del nuovo strumento consiste nella possibilità per l’amministrazione di porre, a base della gara di appalto, un capitolato tecnico il cui oggetto in termini di prestazioni, al contrario di quanto avviene nelle altre procedure, non viene predeterminato dall'amministrazione appaltante, ma è il frutto di una negoziazione effettuata in precedenza tra le stesse imprese che partecipano alla gara.
