Explanation:
"Rohrblatt" oder "Blatt"

Der eigentliche Tonerzeuger (bei der Klarinette) ist das etwa 12,5 mm breite einfache Rohrblatt (kurz „Blatt“ oder „Blättchen“ genannt), das am Mundstück befestigt wird. Es ist fast immer aus Rohrholz (Pfahlrohr, Arundo donax), da Kunststoffe derzeit noch nicht zu einem ausgezeichneten Klang führen. Zur Befestigung werden Metallhalter, Bänder (Blattschrauben) oder auch Schnüre verwendet.
