In data xx/xx/xxx, l’Esponente veniva ricoverato presso l’lstituto Clinico, sedente in YYY, con la diagnosi di coxartrosi destra, per essere operato il giorno successivo, mediante intervento di protesi totale di anca non cementata.

Negli anni successivi, tuttavia, il paziente iniziava ad accusare dolori da carico alia zona interessata dall’intervento, e ad avvertire sensazione di instabilità all’anca operata; in alcuni casi l’Esponente si trovava costretto, a causa di tale instabilità, ad autoridursi principi di lussazione della testa della protesi dal suo alveo.
