Lungenparenchym wandbildend Explanation: Ganz sicher kann ich nicht sein, ohne den ganzen Befund gelesen oder das Bild gesehen zu haben. Formulierung ist (absolut) nicht typisch. Wandbildend würde hier m.E. heißen, dass nach Absaugen des Blutes keine größeren Verletzungen zu sehen sind. ist in jedem Fall sehr schwierig zu beurteilen, ohne sämtliche Informationen zu sehen. |
