E’ necessario che i circuiti di comando non permettano funzionamenti imprevisti (inaspettati) in caso di mancanza e successivo ritorno dell’energia (sia essa pneumatica, elettrica o idraulica). Questo significa che i circuiti elettrici di comando devono avere contatti ad autoritenuta per attivare lo sgancio in caso di assenza di energia di rete; per i circuiti pneumatici è necessario prevedere una elettrovalvola generale che venga sezionata dal controllo in caso di mancanza di pressione (segnalata da un pressostato al PLC). Nel caso sia necessario mantenere alcuni circuiti in pressione, le elettrovalvole di comando dovranno essere **a centri chiusi.**
In ogni caso è vietato utilizzare l’energia per mantenere organi sollevati o pinze chiuse; si potrebbe infatti configurare un pericolo per il manutentore in caso di cedimento del circuito o di mancanza di energia con conseguente movimento (principio dell’energia positiva).

neutral  belitrix: Hallo Konrad - das macht für mich keinen Sinn "geschlossene Mittelstellung". Ich denke, hier geht es um je nach Bedarf abschaltbare Steuerkreise - oder?
