Ich habe schon herausgefunden, dass das eigentlich "an debeatur" und "quantum debeatur" heißt (bin in KudoZ Französisch fündig geworden, verstehe aber leider den Sinn immer noch nicht).

Hier der ital. Satz: (aus der Auflistung der Schlussanträge in einer Klageschrift):

"Voglia l'Ill.mo Tribunale ... condannare la convenuta al risarcimento dei danni cagionati con sentenza ex art. xxx **sull'an** e ordinanza di prosecuzione del giudizio per la determinazione del **quantum** da liquidarsi ai sensi dell'art. 125 CPI"

Hat jemand diese Floskel schon einmal übersetzt?
