Explanation:
dass es sich um "Unterorden" handelt geht ja aus dem "secondari" hervor,
hier ist jener Orden eben Teil des anderen, drum "Stütze".

aber vielleicht hat ja jemand noch ne bessere Idee ;-)

Stütze auch deshalb, weil er sich eben speziell um die Lebrakranken kümmerte

evtl. auch ein "Glied", oder gar "stützendes Glied"
