I found the terms "Aggregate", "Zuschlagstoffe", "Zuschläge" and Geisteinskörnungen". The client thinks that the right translation is "Kies", but "Kies" in Italian is "ghiaia" and does not make much sense in the context.

Hallo Johanna, mir ist es jetzt eingefallen: falls du "Probleme" mit dem Kunden bekommst, hier eine Definition von aggregati: " Gli aggregati sono generalmente costituiti da ghiaie e sabbie alluvionali estratte da letti di fiumi o da cave, oppure da pietrischi e sabbie provenienti dalla frantumazione di rocce".Quelle: "I materiali e i manufatti in conglomerati cementizi" - Hoepli Ciao, Paola
