(testo sulle Bolle di Magadino) Abgesehen vom Terminus "lischeto" ist mir auch nicht ganz klar, was "zona potenziale" in diesem Zusammenhang bedeutet...

vengono a volte impiegati come sinonimi." Das habe ich als Erklärung im Internet gefunden. Sonst wird lischeto ja meist als Name verwendet, wie Fattoria Lischeto oder Rio di Lischeto.

"zona potenziale" hingegen kann man als "potentielles Gebiet" übersetzen:
"In der Folgezeit wurde die Fläche wegen der Fledermausarten als potentielles Gebiet von gemeinschaftlicher Bedeutung im Sinne der..."

Gemeint ist damit wohl das Waldgebiet das der Mensch für den Anbau von... nutzen kann.
