ora che mi avete fatto notare il possibile regionalismo, ho dato uno sguardo. Forse il termine corretto è "Dachüberstand"

agree  Petra Haag: é vero, potrebbe essere un regionalismo, io abito in Friuli e ho acquistato una casa prefabbricata austriaca. Ho fatto aumentare la linda/den Dachvorsprung dai 60 cm previsti ad 1 metro ;-)
