Eine Grube (fossa) mit aus Felsen gehauenem oder mit Platten zusammengestelltem Sarkophag. In Vulci sind die Grabzellen mit den Cassone-Gräbern von einem Vorraum aus zu erreichen.

Im gleichen Band finde ich auch "Ziro-Grab":
Späte Form des Brandgrabes. Aschenurne und Beigaben wurden in einem großen, dickwandigen Tongefäß in eine Grube versenkt. Siehe auch: Dolio

Nach etwas Nachdenken und in Bezug auf die Etrusker, um die es hier ja wahrscheinlich geht...denke ich, dass es sich um eine Grabkammer handelt...
