Mast während der Wachstumsphase (growing) Explanation: ...Il magronaggio è un momento nella vita del maiale, ormai pienamente svezzato, durante il quale dovrebbe essere alimentato in modo da formare il "budello" e lo "scheletro" vecchi termini, in pratica una razione piuttosto voluminosa, se si pascola il foraggio è l'ideale, oppure crusca ... andrebbe da circa 30 a 70/80 kg p.v. Il finissaggio è invece il periodo finale che precede la macellazione ... ...
