Come girare correttamente questa parte nel contesto?

Inoltre, "Raccolto Tardivo" rimane idem (essendo il nome di un vino) oppure aggiungo una traduzione accanto tra parentesi ?

agree  Agnès Levillayer: on parle beaucoup plus souvent de "faibles rendements", un critère de qualité pour les vignes
