disagree  Marie Christine Cramay: Non, c'est bien de "vendange botrytisée" dont il s'agit. Voir l'avant-dernier site que j'ai cité, par exemple : on ne peut pas faire abstraction dans ce cas de l'origine "botrytis" : élément lié à la "pourriture noble".

  -> Mea culpa Christine : j'ai généralisé un peu vite, pensant, à tort, que toutes les vendanges tardives étaient botrytisées..(et dire que j'ai horreur du Sauternes!)
