disagree  Agnès Levillayer: roman et gothique sont plus tardifs... on se réfère ici à la guerre contre les Goths et à la fin de l'empire romain d'orient et à la parenthpèse justinienne (après le latin c'est le grec qui s'imposera définitivement dans l'empire byzantin)

Mi accorgo d'avere scritto il mio commento in risposta a Agnès Levillayer in inglese. Lo ripeto qui in italiano: "romanE" è un AGGETTIVO che significa ROMANO, cioè 'della città di Rome". Leggi più attentamente le mie note e cancella il tuo commento negativo che è ha senso.

Risposta a Agnès Levillayer: Conosco benissimo la differenza tra "romane" et "romaine". Ammetto che il mio esempio (della città di Roma) non era applicabile in questo contesto. Comunque, come può benissimo vedere dagli esempi in *pura lingua francese* "écriture romane" è un'espressione interamente legittima e comprensibile, che lei sia d'accordo o no. E credo, per rispetto agli altri, che sia meglio non continuare questo scambio d'opinioni. A lei la sua opinione, a me la mia.

disagree  Agnès Levillayer: Non cdredo di sbagliare: infatti lei confonde l'agg. fr. romane (che corrisponde a "romanica" per l'arte o a "romanza" se si parla della lingua) con romain/romaine che significa "di Roma"
