j'ai actuellement un litige avec l'un de mes associé non opérationnel (associé financier).
Nous sommes une SARL à 3 associés (33% pour 2 et 34% pour le 3ème qui est en litige avec nous).
Il est concurrent de certains de nos clients et veut nous imposer un droit de regard (informatif, pas participatif) sur la totalité des informations opérationnelles de l'entreprise (accès illimité en lecture du serveur, intégrant les contrats avec ses concurrents, les éléments nous servant de négociation, etc.).
