Je pense que "lavorazione" signifie ici "traitement".
Les termes d'usinage, de fabrication ou de conversion ne sont pas applicables ici, à mon sens.
le terme "lavorazione" me semble un peu redondant.
A la limite, on pourrait le supprimer pour obtenir ORIENTATION VERS UNE VIDANGE CENTRALE.
D'autres collègues plus calées sauront vous aider un peu mieux que moi.
