PERFUSION PENIENNE existe, donc HYPOPERFUSION PENIENNE me semble aller de soi = EVIDENT, mais mon probl�me n'est pas l�...
Ce sera un d�faut de ma part de vouloir toujours arriver � une traduction s�re, mais le Web regorge d�j� suffisamment d'�neries (et tout le monde en conna�t les raisons, non professionalit� de certains traducteurs et clients peu soign�s). Et je ne suis pas du genre � fournir � mes clients des SITES WEB contenant des erreurs, surtout ceux d'un certain niveau international..(c'est mon caract�re, que faire pour le changer?)..

Selon bien des lectures de doc. dans lesquelles je "baigne" depuis 3 jours sur ce sujet, L'HYPOPERFUSION est un probl�me courant...donc pourquoi le terme ne serait pas courant �galement..? �trange.. (Il est �vident que Google ne peut pas tout fournir, mais dans ce cas ne serait-ce qu'un? Vu que le sujet est bien connu...

A mon avis, tu te tracasses pour pas grand-chose. Ce n'est pas parce que Google, qui n'est pas l'Evangile, ne fournit rien en la mati�re que cela n'existe pas: PERFUSION PENIENNE existe, donc HYPOPERFUSION PENIENNE me semble aller de soi.

Google ne peut fournir la confirmation de TOUT au niveau terminologique, du moins au niveau des associations terminologiques. HYPOPERFUSION est une construction type "hypotension", � la seule diff�rence que c'est apparemment beaucoup moins courant.

D'apr�s moi, et je le pense depuis le d�but, "sanguine" est de trop. Tu trouveras facilement en effet des occurrences avec PERFUSION ARTERIELLE, alors que "perfusion sanguine art�rielle" n'existe pas sur Google. C'est un mot superflu car sous-entendu.

Bonjour. Je crois que \"sanguine\" est sous-entendu ; lorsqu\'on parle d\'une hypoperfusion, il s\'agit d\'ordinaire d\'un manque de *sang*. Il faut avoir du courage ! Les \"Googlies\" ne sont qu\'une indication relative.
