A seguito richiesta da parte dell'avvocato e dei familiari, dichiaro che dai miei archivi in ambulatorio il Sig. xxx, nato a xxx e residente a xxx risulta a tutt'oggi mio assistito e vivente.

C'est un médecin qui déclare que ce monsieur est toujours son patient. Mais au lieu de *patient*, est-ce qu'il y a un mot plus convenable ?
