Explanation:
ambulatoire - hôpital de jour. Des soins qui ne nécessitent pas d'hospitalisation (qui se passent dans la journée) même s'ils nécessitent éventuellement un lit. On parle de "médecine ambulatoire".

neutral  Isabella Aiello: Ciò che ho scritto è proprio che il "day hospital" (che tu descrivi) NON è adatto per togliere dei semplici punti e non corrisponde affatto all'ambulatoiro medico. Poi, vedi il mio agree alla risposta di Viva?

  -> N'ai-je pas ajouté "hôpital de jour" à "ambulatoire" dans mon commentaire ? Dispensaire ne s'utilise plus guère en français, du moins en france.

neutral  co.libri (X): Je rectifie, je crois que j'ai fait un bel italianisme. Voir proposition de viva. // Tout à fait d'accord, mais si l'on prend en considération le contexte de la phrase, la solution de viva est plus plausible à mon avis (cela reste médical) :-)
