Pour faire bref, tu peux toujours supprimer "en matière de", qui serait pourtant nécessaire, mais vu qu'il s'agit de mots clé, cela devrait ètre compréhensible pour tous.

Explanation:
Credo si tratti della possibilità per una società o un soggetto che non è in regola con il versamento dei contributi di regolarizzare la sua situazione con l'ente di prevvidenza o pensionistico. Pensavo a "régularisation en matière de charges sociales" ma corrisponde ad una procedura normale nell'iter di una creazione d'impresa quindi non va bene. L'idea può essere resa forse con "amnistie en matière de charges sociales". Si parla di "amnistie fiscale" per il condono fiscale...
