la question est la suivante : Si je traduis "scaduto e da scadere" par "�chu et � �choir" et ensuite "non ancora maturati" par "non encore �chus" la phrase, � mon avis, n'a pas de sens.

Voici le contexte: Ci� legittima ed autorizza la mutuante a chiedere l'immediato pagamento anche delle rate non scadute e ad iscrivere ipoteca sui beni dati in garanzia secondo mandato speciale rilasciato in data xxxx, per il totale ammontare di quanto scaduto e da scadere successivi all'insolvenza e non ancora maturati.
