Les avantages en nature ne doivent pas être confondus avec les allocations pour frais. Il s’agit en effet d’un avantage (mise à disposition d’un bien, d’un service, voire avantage en espèces) destiné à couvrir une dépense personnelle, privée ou professionnelle, du salarié et assimilé donc à un complément de rémunération.
