In tale contesto, la Società dovrà concludere contratti, anche in questo caso standard, di tipo Escrow Agreement, con le controparti prescelte.

Rileva, quindi, che il procedimento seguito da XXX ha compreso la definizione dei requisiti per la partecipazione all’asta e la conseguente individuazione delle controparti cui è stata inoltrata l’offerta, nella quale sono stati, peraltro, specificati alcuni criteri operativi quali, ad esempio, le caratteristiche quali-quantitative *del collaterale richiesto.*

L'équivalent anglais serait-il "collateral loan" = prêt garanti? ou "colletaral agreement" (pacte accessoire/ entente de garantie)?
Dans le cadre d'un prêt de titres, toutefois, je trouve en FR "le collatéral", dans le sens de "contrat collatéral".

Asker: Merci Maria. C'est en effet ainsi que je comptais le traduire, de manière littérale, car j'ai trouvé ce matin, moi aussi, des références dans ce sens, en associant "prêt de titres" à "collatéral" et j'ai obtenu des traductions littérales.
