Montare i coperchi (seguendo attentamente le istruzioni in dotazione per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la siliconatura) con i relativi coprigiunti e ringhiere.
Comporre ed introdurre le catene dei piani fissando temporaneamente, con dei bulloncini di 6 mm ogni 1,250 Mt, ***le tapparelle *** idonee ai piani (molto importante non sbagliare il verso o il tipo).
Mentre il personale procede con la composizione dei tappeti montare le spondine con i sostegni delle batterie nell’essicatoio, nell’incarto invece montare i sosteni anteriori e posteriori per le lamiere di separazione poi introdurle tutte quante.

ma non capisco come tradurre qui "LE TAPPARELLE" ...

Explanation:
Est-ce que ces "tapparelle" sont des éléments mobiles?
Ici en Toscane, par exemple, les "tapparelle" peuvent correspondre à un store (fenêtres).
Mais bon, ici, ...

Je te propose donc "tabliers" ou "tapis" (mais ce 2ème terme est déjà présent dans ton texte) ou encore "stores".
Ton idée de "volets" n'est pas une mauvaise idée toutefois.
