Dopo chiarimenti con il collega inglese trattando questo settore ("armoured heating element") e altre mie ricerche sul Web avevo infatti tradotto con "élément chauffant blindé" che va bene in questo caso.

En tapant "bain galvanique + réchauffeur", j'ai obtenu ce site, voilà pourquoi je te faisais cette proposition, mais pour "corazzato", normalement, "blindé", il faudrait demander des détails au client pour s'assurer que c'est bien ainsi qu'il faut traduire en FR :
