s'il s'agit de dessins ou de gravures je dirais plutôt "planches";
autografe je pense qu'elles sont littéralement signées de la main de l'artiste (je ne me limiterais pas à"originales" car je suppose que la présence réelle de la signature de l'artiste a son importance)

Il corpo principale è composto dai 78 disegni autografi di Palladio, che tornano in Italia dal Riba, dove sono conservati dopo essere stati trasferiti in Inghilterra all'inizio del Seicento da Inigo Jones che li aveva acquisiti da Vincenzo Scamozzi "erede" del Palladio.

  -> c'est assez rare: j'ai l'impression qu'on utilise plutôt "dessin autographe" pour parler des croquis+signature ou minilettres illustrées, délivrés + ou - en guise d'autographe ou vendus comme tel
