agree  Rachel Fell: drinkable - not necessarily negative, e.g. readily/very drinkable - http://www.mountviewwines.com.au/our_red_wines.php - "drinkability" if it has to be a noun/definition

"utility wine" / "little" wine / plonk /

Explanation:
I love "utility wine"! I started congratulaing myself for having invented a nice neologism... but the googled it only to discove that it's already there in force! Have a look!

A "drink-easy" ... reminds me of Truman Capote's definition of Kurt Vonnegut as "the most easily understood sophisticated American writer".

table wine (drink)

Explanation:
I think this is the most common way of describing ordinary day to day wine. "Drink" covers all sorts of drinks, not just wines

neutral  Michael Korovkin: Nah! (hi Babs!) Here the context is different. In your ref.,it was positive; here, it's condescending. Evidently, there are bevas and bevas!:)Early drinking:start early and you'll be free for the rest of the day!I know,I know:u mean vino appena fermo

-> Hey! How ya doin'? Mine was just a tip for the asker, who may get some more inspiration from this past KudoZ. BTW, beva always refers to... drinking, and here to an easy-drinking or early-drinking wine. Salute!
