Sono costituite (Fig. 103) da un tavolo (6) di lunghezza variabile da 20 a 35-40 m., su cui scorre,
avanzando a rapporto, un tappeto continuo (3) di gomma resinata. Sul tappeto viene fatto aderire
in continuo il tessuto (1), previo passaggio attraverso un dispositivo d’entrata con allargatore (Fig.
104), centratura e raddrizzamento delle trame, controllato da fotocellule o altri dispositivi (9).
Lungo il tappeto sono disposte le stazioni di stampa (8, 12, 18 o più, in base alla lunghezza del
tavolo ed alle dimensioni dei quadri) (4) sulle quali sono disposti i quadri. Ciascuna di loro è
dotata di tastiera per l'impostazione dei dati di stampa (5). Ad ogni fermata del tappeto, i quadri
si abbassano simultaneamente, le racle effettuano i passaggi programmati, indi si sollevano, ed il
tappeto avanza a rapporto.
