single basic access Explanation: I am almost sure that it is referred to one of the two types of ISDN accesses, they are BA (Basic Access) and PRA (Primary Rate Access), where the basic access allows the connection of a single terminal to the user's premises while the other up to 24, if I remember well. Anyway some more context could help understanding if the contract is about ISDN equipments/services. |
