threshold wholesale Explanation: I think it means that instead of selling the product retail, they sell it wholesale by groups. I.e. 100 buyers = 10 euros each 85 buyers = 12 euros each. It's just a try -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 15 mins (2005-05-03 23:27:34 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- found this: The threshold price is based on the wholesale price that New York farmers got for milk under the federal milk pricing system. @ http://www.troyrecord.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=9357152&BRD=1... |

service levels Explanation: I am pretty sure that they mean service levels - standard telecom language. Soglie sono i livelli di prestazione aka, SLA (service level agreement) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs 55 mins (2005-05-04 18:07:37 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- in your case, they are talking about simply \"levels\" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs 55 mins (2005-05-04 18:07:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- pricing levels, discount levels etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 19 hrs 7 mins (2005-05-04 18:19:44 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- as you explain them, to me, they sound like discount levels granted to reseller/distributor based on the number of accounts/clients. The only thing I would check with your client is define number of clients; do these discounts reset every accounting period? or once you have reached a level you just work upwards without sliding back to zero? |
